Long time friends, Morena Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia and Warabi Executive Chef Hajime Horiguchi team up to bring you a nikkei style Peruvian-Japanese dining experience. Enjoy a 6 course progressive menu, where each dish blends Japanese and Peruvian techniques and flavours.
Chef Alejandro and Chef Hajime work collaboratively to explore over 100 years of intersection between Japanese techniques in Peruvian cuisine, a style known as Nikkei. Join us to experience the complementary qualities of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine this Melbourne food and wine festival.
